Operation example (initialize operation setting) Set whether or not to execute the zoom and focus initialization upon power on. Any of 16 different codes from 0000 to 1111 in binary format can be selected. Although it depends on the camera's functions, these codes are sometimes used to differentiate between the lenses at the camera side. Set these codes when instructed to do so by the camera manufacturer. Set in such a way that the maximum gain is obtained within the range where hunting will not occur. For information on setting the auto iris gain using a trimmer, refer to "2-4 Iris Gain Adjustment" on page E8 in the Operation Manual.
