Troubleshooting Cannot Scan a Document Is your computer working NO properly? YES Has the MF Toolbox been NO installed? YES Is your USB hub or repeater NO working properly? YES Are you using a USB 2.0- YES compatible USB hub? NO After installing the software YES that comes with this machine, did you install a TWAIN- compatible application? Connect the USB cable directly to a computer and scan your document to see if it works properly. If the scan completes successfully, make sure that your USB hub or repeater works properly.
