Information for the user

This document provides regulatory information for the following product: WAP-200.

These are wireless network products based on the IEEE 802.11 standards for wireless

LANs defined and approved by the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers.

Products designed according to the IEEE 802.11a standard use Orthogonal Frequency

Division Multiplexing (OFDM) radio technology. Products designed according to the

IEEE 802.11b standard use Direct Sequence Spread Spectrum (DSSS) radio

technology. These products are designed to be interoperable with any other wireless

product that complies with the corresponding standard.

Wireless Fidelity (WiFi) certification is defined by the WECA Wireless Ethernet

Compatibility Alliance.
