Using the Configuration Menu Tools> Admin There are two accounts that can access the Broadband Router's Web-Management interface. They are admin and user. Admin has read/write access while user has readonly access. User can only view the settings but cannot make any changes. It is recommended that you change the admin password from the default setting. The default password is blank (no password). Password To change the admin and user passwords, enter in the old password, and enter the new password twice to confirm. Remote Management Remote Management allows the device to be configured through the WAN (Wide Area Network) port from the Internet using a web browser. A username and password is still required to access the browser-based management interface. IP Address Port Internet IP Address of the computer that has access to the DI-614+. If the IP Address is set to 0.0.0.0, this allows all Internet IP addresses to access the DI-614+. The port number used to access the DI-614+. E.g., http://x.x.x.x:80, where x.x.x.x. is the WAN IP address of the DI-614+ and 80 is the port used for the Web Management interface. 36
