Section 5 - Knowledge Base Application Menu with Add-Ons When the add-ons are installed you will see their icon under the Application Tab. If the add-ons are enabled you will see them under the Enabled Add Ons area otherwise if they are disabled they will be under the Disabled Add Ons area.
