Installing a 2.5 inch SSD into a 3.5 inch hard-drive carrier CAUTION: Many repairs may only be done by a certified service technician. Place the 2.5 inch SSD into the 2.5 inch adapter bracket. 2. Secure the 2.5 inch SSD to the 2.5 inch adapter bracket with two M3 screws. Figure 24. 1.
Place the 2.5 inch SSD into the 2.5 inch adapter bracket.
2.
Secure the 2.5 inch SSD to the 2.5 inch adapter bracket with two M3 screws.
