Removing the Front Door 1 Pull the door latch and open the front door all the way (see Figure 1-1). 2 While holding the door, pull the top hinge pin upward so that it clears the door's hinge-pin housing (see Figure 1-1). The hinge pin's retention clip prevents the hinge from being pulled out of the hinge body. Figure 1-1. WARNING:

Removing the Front Door

Pull the door latch and open the front door all the way (see Figure 1-1).

While holding the door, pull the top hinge pin upward so that it clears
the door’s hinge-pin housing (see Figure 1-1).
The hinge pin’s retention clip prevents the hinge from being pulled out
of the hinge body.
