With the AVR-990's network audio playback function, connection to the server is possible using one of the technologies below. • Windows Media Player Network Sharing Service • Windows Media DRM10 n Album Art Function When a WMA (Windows Media Audio), MP3 or MPEG-4 AAC file includes album art data, the album art can be displayed while the music files are playing. For music files in WMA (Windows Media Audio) format, the album art is only played when using Windows Media Player ver. 11. n Slide Show Function Still picture (JPEG) files stored in folders on a media server can be played as slide shows. The time for which each picture is displayed can be set. When still picture (JPEG) files are played on the AVR-990, they are played in the direction in which they are stored in the folder, so store in them in the direction in which you want them to play.
