ENGLISH 15 PRESET 1. Preset mode q The preset mode is available when @5 PRESET button is pushed for more than 1 sec while DN-D6000 is in Cue, pause or no disc mode. w Turn the #2 PARAMETERS knob to select the preset item. e After selecting an item, push the #2 PARAMETERS knob to select the preset data. r To change other Preset items, repeat these steps. t Push the @5 PRESET, !1 CUE or !0 PLAY / PAUSE (13) button to exit from the Preset mode. 2. Preset items and data The "*" mark next to the data indicates the default value. (1) Auto Cue : Auto Cue level search on/off. (A Cue ON* / A Cue OFF) (2) Next Track : Cross_OFF / Cross1sec / Cross2sec* / Cross3sec Select the time for fading out the currently playing track when playback of a new track is started with the next track function. This time is used also for the overlap playback time of RELAY PLAY. (3) S-Stroke (SCRATCH STROKE) : Short*/Long Allows you to select a comfortable stroke distance for scratching "Long" is set for wide pattern strokes and "Short" is set for small pattern strokes. (4) Scratch : Delay_OFF* / Delay -1- / Delay -2- / Delay -3Select the time after which the normal play or pause mode is set after scratch play stops. (5) Jump Time : Jump10sec* / Jump20sec / Jump30sec / Jump1min Select the jump time of QuickJump. (6) P. Range (PITCH RANGE) : 4% Range / 10% Range* / 16% Range / 24% Range Select the playing pitch range when the power is turned on. (7) EOM Time : EOM OFF / EOM 10 sec* / EOM 15 sec / EOM 20 sec / EOM 30sec / EOM 60 sec / EOM 90 sec Track end message start time. (8) Total Time : Total ON / Total OFF* Total time display on / off. (14) Relay Mode : Relay ON / Relay OFF* : Relay mode on / off. • If RELAY MODE is selected by PRESET of CD1 and CD2, RELAY MODE will be selected when the power is turned on. (15) Memo Clear (MEMO ALL CLEAR) : Clear all MEMO data in the non-volatile memory. q To clear all MEMO data, push the PARAMETERS . • "Clear OK?" flashes on the character display. w Push the PARAMETERS knob again and select "OK" to execute clearing all MEMO data. • "Memo Clear" is displayed on the character display while clearing. e Once clearing is completed, "Complete!" is displayed. (16) Version No. The DN-D6000's software version is displayed. (SYSTEM / DSP) (17) Preset Int.(PRESET INITIALIZE) : Set all the preset data back to the factory defaults. q To clear the PRESET data, push the PARAMETERS knob. "Initial OK?" flashes on the character display. w Push the PARAMETERS knob again and select "OK" to start clear the preset data. "Preset Int" is displayed on the character display while data clearing. e Once clearing is completed, "Complete!" is displayed. 21
