Cannot read some of the drawings when opening an .eit file. • If you open the .eit file on another computer that has a different display resolution, parts of the drawings may not be displayed. Open the .eit file on a computer that has the same display resolution. • The .eit file may have been corrupted. Create the drawings again. Cannot playback recorded movies correctly. • Use Windows Media Player to play movies recorded on Windows operating systems. • Use QuickTime Player 7.7 or later to play movies recorded on OS X operating systems. Depending on the document camera being used, audio is not recorded.
