Press the Up or Down button to view each of the available workout data screens. Note: If you want to delete the currently displayed workout data from your watch, press the Enter button, select Delete, and press the Enter button. 5. When you finish viewing your workout data history, press and hold the Back button for at least 2 seconds to return to the Time screen.
