Selecting Heart Rate Mode for Activities You can select the mode in which you want to measure your heart rate during daily activities (ProSense 57). • Auto mode measures heart rate intermittently (not available for certain activities). • Continuous mode measures heart rate every second. 1. At the Time screen, press the Enter button. You see a screen like this: 2. Press the Up or Down button to select Settings Activity > Meas. Activity > On. Your watch enables activity monitoring and displays this screen when it is finished: 3. Press the Up or Down button to select Meas.HR (for measure heart rate mode) and press the Enter button. 48
