Reviewing Activity Data on Your Watch You can view the activity data you have collected on your watch while your activity is in progress or view a 7-day activity chart for the previous week. 1. At the Time screen, press the Up button. You see a screen like this, showing data for your current activity: 2. To view a 7-day activity chart for the previous week, press the Enter button. You see a screen like this: 3. Press the Up or Down button to view each available activity data screen. 4. Do one of the following when you are finished: • When viewing the Daily Activity screen, press and hold the Back button for at least 2 seconds to return to the Time screen. • When viewing the 7-day activity chart, press the Back button to return to the Daily Activity screen. You can view the activity data you have collected on your watch while your activity is in progress or view
a 7-day activity chart for the previous week.

At the Time screen, press the
Up button.
You see a screen like this, showing data for your current activity:

To view a 7-day activity chart for the previous week, press the
Enter button.
You see a screen like this:

Press the
Up or
Down button to view each available activity data screen.
4.
Do one of the following when you are finished:
• When viewing the Daily Activity screen, press and hold the
Back button for at least 2 seconds to
return to the Time screen.
• When viewing the 7-day activity chart, press the
Back button to return to the Daily Activity
screen. Then press and hold the
Back button for at least 2 seconds to return to the Time
screen.
