Using the Optional Heart Rate Chest Strap You can use your product to monitor your heart rate using the heart rate chest strap (optional with the ProSense 17). For best results, slightly dampen the electrodes shown here before attaching it. Attach the heart rate chest strap as shown here with the electrodes against your chest.
