Troubleshooting Caution O If there are issues with charging or data transfer, clean the contact points on the product and the cradle with a damp cotton bud and allow them to air dry. Problem solving Basic functions Basic functions Problem Nothing displays on the screen. The product does not react to button presses. The screen turns off or turns blue during use.
