Adding Captions to Your Page Layouts 1 Click the icon above the preview area to view your pages one at a time. 2 Double-click the text you want to change in the preview area. A green border appears around the selected text, and a text box appears. Tip: If you're having trouble selecting the text, make sure your pointer is positioned directly over the text before you double-click. 3 Enter your caption or title in the text box. Note: If you don't enter a caption or title, the page prints without text since the sample text is automatically deleted.
