5.2 Remedying Common Troubles This section describes troubles that may occur during scanning and how to remedy them. Before you ask for repair service, check the following flowcharts. If you cannot solve the problem after checking the remedies in the flowcharts, check the items in "7.3 Items to check before contacting the agent where you bought the scanner" on page 124 and then contact the agent where you bought the scanner.
