NAVIGATION Marking and Finding Locations A location is a point on the map that you store in memory. If you want to remember landmarks or return to a certain spot, mark a location. The location appears on the map with a name and symbol. You can find, view, and return to locations at any time. To mark your location: 1. Go to a place where you want to mark a location. 2. Press mode to access the Main Menu. 3. Select Navigation > Mark Location. 4. Select a symbol. 5. Enter a descriptive location name in the top field. 48 symbol location name coordinates To mark a location using coordinates: 1. Press mode to access the Main Menu. 2. Select Navigation > Mark Location. 3. Use the arrows to select the coordinates. Enter the latitude and longitude of the location you want to mark. 3. Make other changes as necessary, and select OK.
