Installing the Device into the Mounting Bracket 1.  Locate the groove on each side of the device case. 2. Align the grooves on the device with the corresponding tabs on the device cradle and slide the device downward into the bracket. 3. Secure the device in the cradle by sliding the locking mount handle to the left. To receive water temperature data, you must be connected to a NMEA 0183compatible temperature sensor. Installing the Device into the
Mounting Bracket
1. Locate the groove on each side of
the device case.
2. Align the grooves on the device
with the corresponding tabs on
the device cradle and slide the
device downward into the bracket.
3. Secure the device in the cradle by
sliding the locking mount handle
to the left.

Receiving Marine Data
To receive VMG data, you must
be connected to a NMEA 0183-
compatible water-speed sensor. To
receive water temperature data, you
must be connected to a NMEA 0183-
compatible temperature sensor.
NOTE
: To receive water speed and
temperature information, connect a
water-speed and water-temperature
sensor to the device.
