Important If you do not have printed documentation, go to the Gateway Web site (www.support.gateway.com) and print the appropriate document before starting the installation procedure. 3 If you are replacing a working hard drive, back up any files that you want to save. 4 Determine which operating system your computer uses by right-clicking the My Computer icon (located on the Desktop or the Start menu), then clicking Properties.
