HOW TO ACTIVATE THE CONSOLE HOW TO TURN OFF THE CONSOLE See HOW TO PLUG IN THE POWER ADAPTER on page 8. When the power adapter is plugged in, the main display will light and the console will be ready for use. If the pedals are not moved for a short period of time, the console will enter an idle mode and a screen saver will appear in the main display. Unplug the power adapter while the exercise bike is not in use. IMPORTANT: If the exercise bike has been exposed to cold temperatures, allow it to warm to room temperature before turning on the console. If you do not do this, the console displays or other electronic components may become damaged. 12
