In these cases, it is often necessary for you to reboot the computer after re-configuring the print driver in order for HP ToolboxFX to resume communication with the device. Obtaining debug information from HP ToolboxFX Although it is very unlikely, it is possible for HP ToolboxFX to encounter fatal errors, causing it to crash. The only recourse is to re-boot your computer or restart HP ToolboxFX from the Program Group. It is possible to obtain information that might be helpful for CPE and R&D engineers and assist in diagnosing the problem. All fatal errors, and some other events, are logged to an error log file. When reporting problems to CPE or R&D, please include this error log. Often, no further debug information is needed for fatal errors other than the error log.
