To remove a DIMM 1 CAUTION Handling a DIMM without wearing a grounded, antistatic device might damage the DIMM. Do not touch the contacts on the side of the DIMM. 1 Switch off the power (220V product only), and unplug the product. 2 Open the print cartridge door and the left side panel. 3 To unlock the cam latches, press them outward (A). Grasp the DIMM on the edge, gently pull straight out, and remove the DIMM 2 from the printer (B). Note Store the DIMM in an antistatic bag. 4 Close the left side panel and the print cartridge door. 5 Plug the product back in. If you have a 220V product, switch on the 3 power.
