2 zoneShow zoneShow Synopsis Displays zone information. zoneshow ["pattern"][, mode] Description Use this command to display zone configuration information. If no parameters are specified, all zone configuration information (both defined and enabled) is displayed. Refer to cfgShow for a description of this display. If a parameter is specified, it is used as a pattern to match zone configuration names, and those that match in the defined configuration are displayed. Notes The execution of this command is subject to Virtual Fabric or Admin Domain restrictions that may be in place. Refer to chapter 1, "Using Fabric OS Commands" and Appendix A, "Command Availability" for details. When FCS policy is enabled, this command can be issued on any FCS switch in the fabric. Operands This command has the following operands: "pattern" A POSIX-style regular expression used to match zone configuration names. The pattern must be enclosed in quotation marks. This operand is optional. Patterns can contain: • A question mark (?) to match any single character. • An asterisk (*) to match any string of characters. • A range of characters to match any character within the range: for example, [0-9] or [a-f]. mode Specify 0 to display the contents of the transaction buffer (the contents of the current transaction), or specify 1 to display the contents of the nonvolatile memory. The default value is 0. This operand is optional.
