Explanation Disabling EWS Config closes down the EWS and it eliminates the configuration settings that are controlled by the EWS. It also removes the affected settings from Web Jetadmin menus. This includes settings for email, send to folder, and fax. You should disable EWS Config while the MFPs are in use, and enable it only to make changes to the affected configurations.
