Sending a Fax to Multiple Fax Numbers To manually send a group fax, i.e. to several numbers not already grouped, follow the procedure below. However, if your document does not fit into memory, you may be required to send the document to each fax number, separately. Do this: Using these buttons: 1. Dial a fax number OR press Speed Dial and a two-digit code number. (The example shows "5552312.") 0 through 9 2. Press Enter/Save (not Start/ Enter/Save Copy). 3. Press 1 to enter another fax 1 number. For this display: Press START to send 5552312 Enter another? 1=Yes 2=No Enter fax number 2: 4. Repeat steps 1 and 2 until 2 you've entered all your fax numbers (up to 10 fax num` bers can be entered). Then press 2 to quit adding fax numbers. 5. Load your document. The bottom line of the display will tell you how many fax numbers will be dialed ("3" in the example). 6. Press Start/Copy. First the document is scanned into memory, then the fax num` bers are dialed, one at a time, in the same sequence in which you entered them.
