Making Connections Using OmniBook Plug-In Modules Important To replace a plug-in module If you are inserting or removing a CD-ROM drive, floppy disk drive, LS-120 drive, or DVD drive, shut down the OmniBook. 1. From the Start menu, shut down the OmniBook. (This is not necessary if you are removing a battery from the plug-in module bay and inserting another battery.) 2. Slide the module release latch forward as far as it will go. 3. Gently move the release latch back until the module pops out. 4. Grasp the underside of the module firmly, and pull out. 5. With the latch in the open position, slide the new plug-in module into the OmniBook until flush with the unit. 6. Close the module release latch. 1-64

To replace a plug-in module
