Basics tab features To gain access to the Basics tab in Windows 98 SE or Windows Me, follow these steps: 1. Click Start. 2. Select Settings. 3. Click Printers. 4. Right-click the device name. 5. Click Properties. 6. Click the Basics tab. The Basics tab provides options for setting the number of copies to be printed and for the orientation of the print job.
