If it is necessary to replace the optical drive bracket and bezel, position the optical drive with the rear panel toward you. 1. Release the tab and disconnect the display panel cable connector (2). Lift the panel (3) to remove it. 3. Remove the TouchPad button board, carefully lifting the cable through the top cover (2) (the cable was disconnected from the system board when removing the top cover). 4. Remove the TouchPad button board (3). Reverse this procedure to install the TouchPad button board.
