Error ID: 67022: Safety - Rear rising media detector activated (loader side) FB10000 Error Messages Troubleshooting Sensor alignment 1. Open the UV door and verify that the flap is moving smoothly by tilting it forward and backward. 2. If the flap is moving smoothly, check the status of the LED on the sensor 3. If the sensor LED is on, then recalibrate the flap until the bracket crosses the fork sensor and the LED turns off. Connectivity failure 1. Check the status of the LED on the sensor. If the LED on the sensor is off, then open the REC door and check the status of the green LEDs 7 & 8 on the 2SDI3 B&R module 2. 1.
Open the UV door and verify that the flap is moving smoothly by tilting it forward and backward.
2.
If the flap is moving smoothly, check the status of the LED on the sensor
3.
If the sensor LED is on, then recalibrate the flap until the bracket crosses the fork sensor and the LED turns off.
Connectivity failure
1.
Check the status of the LED on the sensor. If the LED on the sensor is off, then open the REC door and check the status of the green LEDs 7 & 8
on the 2SDI3 B&R module
2.
If the LEDs are off, then check physically connectivity between the sensor to the 2SDI3 B&R module.
