Install a language file The printer's control panel interface optionally can be switched between English and one other language. To install this option, 1. On the computer that is directly connected to the printer by a cable (not over a network), copy the appropriate language file (with the extension .csv) from the HP CD-ROM to a folder set up for the RIP as a Hot Folder (HP RIP Software) or downloaded with the sendfile.bat batch file (also from the HP CD-ROM). 2. The file is copied to the printer.
