The worksheet lists 256 ports, equal to the capability of the highest port-count product described in this publication. The worksheet provides fields to identify devices that connect to the ports. Transfer information from the configuration diagram (completed while performing Task 11: Diagram the Planned Configuration) to the worksheet, and transfer port names and nicknames (assigned while performing Task 12: Assign Port Names and Nicknames).
