2 cfgSaveActiveToDefined cfgSaveActiveToDefined Save the active (effective) zoning configuration to the defined configuration in McData Fabric mode. Synopsis cfgSaveActiveToDefined Description Use this command in McData Fabric mode to move the effective zoning configuration to the defined configuration database. If the Defined Database contains a configuration with the same name, it will be replaced. Any non-duplicate zone sets or zones will remain unchanged. Notes This command cannot be executed unless the Brocade switch/director is in McDATA fabric mode. Operands The cfgSaveActiveToDefined command has no operands. Examples Execute the cfgShow command to view defined and effective zoning configurations. switch:admin> cfgShow Default Zone: OFF Safe Zone: OFF Defined configuration: cfg: switch set switch1; sqitch2; switch3; switch4 zone: switch1 dd:dd:dd:dd:aa:aa:aa:aa; bb:bb:bb:cc:cc:cd:dd:dd zone: switch2 23:34:87:23:50:72:35:07; 12,64 [output truncated] ...
