Managing identity Clearing an identity from the system NOTE: This does not affect your Windows user account. 1. Select Start > All Programs > HP ProtectTools Security Manager. 2. In the left pane, click Credential Manager. 3. In the right pane, click Clear Identity for this Account. 4. Click Yes in the confirmation dialog box.
