Setting disc parental controls Some discs are specified as not suitable for children. Such discs can be limited not to playback with the unit. To set parental controls: 1 Press TV/BD to select Blu-ray mode. 2 Press C or D to select "Settings", then press A or ENTER. 3 Press C or D to select "Parental", then press A or ENTER. "Please Input 4-Digit Parental Password:" screen will appear when "Parental Control" is set to "On". Enter the password using Number buttons (0 - 9). 6 Press C or D to select "Parental Control", then press ENTER. Press C to select "On", then press ENTER. Parental Control must be set to "On" for parental controls to work. To change the password: 1 Press C or D to select "Parental Password", then press ENTER. "Please enter new parental control password:" screen will appear. NOTE: • If you forget your password it can be reset. With no disc in the player and in Blu-ray mode, press STOP on the unit. Continue holding the button and press 7 on the remote at the same time. "Release Parental Lock Completed!" appears on screen. Now the password has been returned to the initial value (0000). Parental Password 5 Press C or D to select "Parental Level", then press ENTER.
