OPTIONAL ODORLOCKTM ODOR REDUCING PRE-FILTER This product includes an Odor-LockTM pre-filter that you can choose to use or not to use (Fig. 4). The air washer will operate with or without the OdorLockTM pre-filter. If you would like to help reduce unpleasant odors that may be present where you are using your air washer, make sure the Odor- LockTM pre-filter is installed in your unit. Simply follow the instructions below to start enjoying the benefits of enhanced odor control. For optimal performance, the Odor-LockTM pre-filter is wrapped in Fig. 4 plastic to keep it fresh. If you choose to use the Odor-LockTM pre-filter, replacement timing will be approximately every 3 months, depending on your environment. Call 1-800-477-0457 or visit www.kaz.com to order replacement Odor-LockTM pre-filters. Simply ask to order pre-filter number CZF-500. In Canada, you can find this Odor-LockTM, (CZF-500-4) pre-filter at Major Retail stores. ODOR-LOCKTM PRE-FILTER INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS • • Make certain that the air washer is OFF and the unit is unplugged (Fig. 5). • Remove the tank (Fig. 6) and pull out the filter assembly (Fig. 7). • Remove the permanent pre-filter (Fig. 8). • Place the Odor-LockTM pre-filter on top of the primary permanent filter (Fig. 9). Snap the permanent pre-filter back Into place. • Re-insert the filter assembly into th e air washer housing as shown (Fig. 10).
