OPERATION (continued) CONTROL PANEL INSTRUCTIONS The default setting for the air washer is "medium speed" (00 ). The default setting for the humidistat is "continuous run". This means that when you turn on the air washer, it will automatically run on these settings until you adjust the controls. Tank Fill Indicator Filter Clean Indicator Humidistat Fan Speed 88./,0 0.) 88%* (.K 9I4 4 • Press the power (4) button to turn the air washer on (Fig. 16). • When the unit is powered on, if you press any button on the control panel, the LCD backlight will light up for 10 seconds and then the backlight will turn off automatically. • When you turn the air washer on, the fan speed will display medium ( ) • To change the fan speed, press the fan speed button to move the fan speed up or down (Fig. 17). The display will indicate the current setting: Low (c ) Medium (le ) High (14) • The room humidity level will be displayed in the humidistat area of the control panel. The actual room humidity level will be displayed by a numeric value, i.e., 45% (Fig. 18). The display ranges from 20% to 85%. If the room humidity falls below 20%, the display will stay at 20%. If the room humidity rises above 85%, the display will stay at 85%. • When you turn the air washer on, the humidistat will be set to "continuous run."
