Camera Adjust Camera Settings On the Camera setting screen, you can adjust a variety of camera settings, modes, and specifications to suit your needs. Touch viewfinder to shoot: Open Camera, touch to open Camera Settings and enable Touch to capture. Now when you touch an object in the viewfinder, the camera will focus and take a picture automatically. Capture smiles automatically: From Settings, enable Capture smiles. The camera will now take a picture automatically when it detects a smile in the viewfinder. Lock focus length: From Settings, touch Touch & hold shutter icon and select Lock focal length. Now when you touch and hold the shutter button, the camera will no longer auto focus. Use the volume button to take pictures, focus a shot, or zoom in or out: From Settings, touch Volume button function and select Shutter, Zoom, or Focus mode according to your usage needs. Save RAW format pictures: RAW format pictures record more details, allowing you to perform post- processing. In the Pro mode, touch to enter the Settings screen and enable RAW format. Now when you take a picture, the picture will be saved in RAW format as well as the standard picture format, and stored in a special folder in Gallery. Mute photography: From the Settings screen, enable Mute. RAW format pictures take up more storage space than traditional pictures. Please check that you have enough free storage space available. Use Assistive Grid to Compose Your Photos Ever get annoyed that your photos turn out looking skewed or the subject always seems to be offcenter? You can use your camera's assistive grid feature to help you line up the perfect shot. To select an assistive grid, open Camera and touch grid and select the type of grid or lines you want to use. to enter Settings. Then touch Assistive Rule of thirds composition method: Use either Grid or Phi grid. The four intersection points in the grid are the focus areas of the picture. Place the subject of your photo on one of the intersection points to achieve a good composition. 47
