Handy features Assistant·TODAY On the Assistant·TODAY screen, you can view the weather forecast, wake up the voice assistant, access running apps, and view push messages from the calendar and AI Tips conveniently. AI Tips push messages are only supported when the device is paired with a Huawei phone. Swipe right on the home screen of your watch to enter Assistant·TODAY. Remote shutter When the watch is connected to your phone/tablet, you can remotely control your phone/ tablet to take photos and record videos. You can also preview the photos and videos on the watch, which helps you take better photos. This feature is only available with phones/tablets running HarmonyOS 2 or later. Remotely controlling your phone/tablet to take photos or record videos 1 Press the Up button on the watch to open the app list and then touch Remote shutter to enable the camera of your phone/tablet. 2 Select Photo, 30s video, or 2s delay on the top of the watch's camera screen. • You can adjust the focal length by rotating the Up button or pinching two fingers together. • You can switch between the front and rear cameras on the watch. 3 After previewing the photo or video on your watch, touch to finish and touch to start recording a video. Viewing photos After a photo is taken, touch the thumbnail in the lower left corner to view the most recent photo on your watch. You can also rotate the Up button or pinch two fingers together to zoom in or out on the photo. Voice notes The watch supports recording your voice in the form of notes, which will then be automatically synced to Notes on the connected phone/tablet. The voice notes can only be automatically synced to phones/tablets running HarmonyOS 2 or later. 22
