Connecting a DTS decoder
You can connect your TV combo to an amplifier
equipped with a DTS decoder or processor to
listen to DVD audio or audio CDs in DTS sound.
To connect to an amplifier equipped with a
DTS decoder:

Remove the port cover on the back of your
TV combo.

Plug a coaxial cable (2) into the DTS jack on
the amplifier (1) and into the
COAXIAL
OUTPUT
jack (3) on the back of your
TV combo.
Connecting an MPEG audio decoder
You can connect your TV combo to an amplifier
equipped with a MPEG decoder or processor to
listen to DVDs in MPEG2 sound.
To connect to an amplifier equipped with an
MPEG audio decoder:

Remove the port cover on the back of your
TV combo.

Plug a coaxial cable (2) into the amplifer (1)
and into the
COAXIAL OUTPUT

the back of your TV combo.
