Note: The battery must be cycled several times to achieve maximum capacity. To cycle a battery, fully charge it and then allow a full discharge through normal use. To ensure a full charge, do not operate the printer while charging the battery. To install the battery 1 Slide the battery door latch toward the belt loop knob to unlock the battery door, and open the battery door to an angle of about 90 degrees.
