Installing the Printer Driver Software Uninstalling the Printer and Printer Driver IMPORTANT: You must have Administrator privileges to uninstall the printer and printer driver. 1. For your operating system, do the following: WINDOWS 2000 WINDOWS XP • Select Start > Settings > Printers. • Select Start > Printers and Faxes. The Printers dialog box appears. The Printers and Faxes dialog box appears. 2. Right-click the printer you want to remove and select Delete. 3. Click Yes to delete the printer. 4. Select File > Server Properties. 5. Select Drivers. 6. Highlight the printer driver you want to remove and click Remove. 7. Click Yes to delete the printer driver. 8. Click Close. May 4, 2005 2-3

IMPORTANT:
You must have Administrator privileges to uninstall the
printer and printer driver.

For your operating system, do the following:

Right-click the printer you want to remove and select
Delete
.

to delete the printer.

File > Server Properties
.

Drivers
.

Highlight the printer driver you want to remove and click
Remove
.

to delete the printer driver.

Click
Close
