When a Message Appears Chapter 8 8.12 When Faxing Is Not Performed Correctly 8 Faxes Cannot Be Received Symptom The received fax is not clear. The received fax is blank. Faxes cannot be received automatically. Black streaks appear through the print. Possible Cause Remedy Paper that does not meet specifications has been used. Use paper that meets specifications.
