The login screen may show up before the card reader has fully become ready. Swiping during this time may not work. It is possible to tell when this occurs if the card reader beep function is configured on the device and the reader did not beep. 7.5 Server Restarts If the PaperCut Application Server is restarted while a copy session is in progress, details of this session may be lost. Administrators should be aware of this limitation and limit server restarts during periods of high activity. 7.6 Charging based on Paper size The MFP supports 2 paper sizes, LEGAL and LETTER. If the user prints or copies using F4 size paper, the MFP will charge it as LEGAL. If the user prints or copies any other size paper, the MFP will charge it as LETTER. 7.7 Charging for color usage The Konica Minolta MFP supports monochrome and grayscale printing and copying, it does not support color printing and copying. The "Color" and "Color duplex" options within the PaperCut server cannot be selected, only the "Grayscale" or "Grayscale duplex" can be selected. 7.8 Error or Redial during FAX transmission When a FAX transmission error has occurred, the number of pages already transmitted will be charged.  In the event that multiple pages have been sent: The MFP will not resend the document and the job will be cancelled.  In the event that only one page has not been sent: The MFP will send the job according to the redial settings and if the FAX transmission is not successful after the redial attempt the job will be cancelled and an error message will be printed. 7.9 Deleting reserved FAX jobs The user who reserved a fax job can delete it from the MFP panel.
