User Authentication and Accounting (User Login, Job Accounting) > Using Job Accounting 2 Configure the settings. The table below lists the item you can view. Item Printed Pages Description Displays the number of pages copied and printed, and the total number of pages used. You can also use [FAX], [Count by Paper Size], [by Duplex] and [by Combine] to check the number of pages used. Count by Paper Size Copy (Total) Printer (Total) Copy/Print.(Total) FAX*1 Total by Duplex by Combine Count by Paper Size Scanned Pages FAX TX Pages*1 FAX TX Time*1 Counter Reset Displays the number of pages copied. Displays the number of pages printed. Applicable print functions are those below. • Printing from a box • Printing from removable memory • Printing from PC Displays the total number of pages used for copying and printing. Displays the number of pages received. Displays the total number of pages used. Displays the number of pages used in Duplex (1-sided) mode, Duplex (2-sided) mode and the total for both. Displays the pages used in Combine (None) mode, Combine (2in1) mode, Combine (4in1) mode and the total for all three. Displays the number of pages used in the selected paper size as well as the number of pages used in other paper sizes. Displays the number of pages scanned for copying, faxing and other functions, as well as the total number of pages scanned. Displays the number of pages faxed. Displays the total duration of FAX transmissions. Resets the counter. Select [Yes] in the confirmation screen. *1 FAX functions are available when the optional fax function is installed. The results will be displayed. 2 Confirm the count and select [Close]. Check the number of pages.

Select [Check] at the function to check the count.

The results will be displayed.

Confirm the count and select [Close].

Counting the Number of Sheet Used by Individual Accounts

This counts the number of pages for each account and resets the counts by account.

Display the screen.

Select the account to check the count.

Printed Pages

Count by Paper Size

Displays the number of pages copied and printed, and the total number of pages

used. You can also use [FAX], [Count by Paper Size], [by Duplex] and [by

Combine] to check the number of pages used.

Copy (Total)

Displays the number of pages copied.

Printer (Total)

Displays the number of pages printed.

Applicable print functions are those below.

Displays the pages used in Combine (None) mode, Combine (2in1) mode,

Combine (4in1) mode and the total for all three.

Count by Paper Size

Displays the number of pages used in the selected paper size as well as the

number of pages used in other paper sizes.

Scanned Pages

Displays the number of pages scanned for copying, faxing and other functions, as

well as the total number of pages scanned.

FAX TX Pages

Displays the number of pages faxed.

FAX TX Time

Displays the total duration of FAX transmissions.

Counter Reset

Resets the counter.

Select [Yes] in the confirmation screen.
