MAKING CONNECTIONS 87 USB IN Headphone connection yyThis feature is not available for all models. (Except for Plasma TV, 32/42LV34**, 26/32LV30**) Transmits the headphone signal from the TV to an external device. Connect the external device and the TV with the headphone as shown on the following illustration. Connecting to a USB Connect a USB storage device such as s USB flash memory, external hard drive, a USB memory card reader to the TV and access the My media menu to use various multimedia files. See "Connecting USB storage devices" on p.55 and see "Browsing files" on p.56 . IN 3 or IN 2 USB IN H/P VIDEO L/MONO AUDIO R ENEGNLGISH AV IN 2 NOTE yyAUDIO menu items are disabled when connecting a headphone. yyWhen changing AV MODE with a headphone connected, the change is applied to video but not to audio. yyOptical Digital Audio Out is not available when connecting a headphone. yyHeadphone impedance: 16 Ω yyMax audio output of headphone: 10 mW to 15 mW yyHeadphone jack size: 0.35 cm
