Convection Mode The convection system uses a fan to circulate heat evenly within the oven. This improves heat distribution and allows for even cooking and excellent results, especially when using multiple racks. Convection cooking can also shorten cooking times. Convection Bake Setting the Conv. Bake Function (example: to Conv. Bake at 350°F) 1 Turn the oven mode knob to select Conv.
