4. LG Network Storage Web Menu Use (for LG Network Storage administrators) The current task list is indicated and tasks may be created, edited, deleted or synched. ① Clicking on the 'Create' button allows for a new task to be created. ∙ If the task name is selected, and the 'Delete' button is clicked, the task is deleted. ② If the list task name is clicked, editing is possible. For back-ups of removable storage devices, LG Network Storage supports Incremental back-up and Full back-up. Back-up data are saved in a folder designated by the user and in the Last Backup folder. - Incremental: The Last Backup folder contains all data from the removable storage device. The user designated folder only contains additional data in the removable disk when compared to the Last Backup folder. . - F ull: Backs up the entire source files. Unlike the Incremental back-up, Full back-up saves all files in the user designated folder. (Last Backup folder is not used.) The following is an example of Incremental back-up and Full back-up. For the 1st back-up (Jan 1, 2009) the USB contained the following files: a.txt b.txt c.txt 117
