Step 5 After your computer is restarted, the disk error checking will be performed. 3.4 Disk Defragment Disk fragments are some tiny storage areas that have small rooms, cannot be directly reused, and are located in different positions in the disk. If you do not perform the disk defragment function for a long time, the system performance may be lowered. Perform a disk defragment by following the instruction below. Step 1 In the "My Computer" window, select the disk drive. Right click on the disk drive and select "Properties". Step 2 Select "Tools" and click "Defragment Now".
