The Phone Book Dual Mode Cordless Phone for Yahoo! Messenger with Voice The Phone Book has six different groups: VIP, Business, Family, Friends, School and Others that you may assign numbers to. When you select a group you can choose to View or Edit the contact. Entering or Deleting Letters, Numbers, and Special Characters • To enter a letter or number, press the appropriate key repeatedly until the letter or number appears. Each name can be up to 16 characters. Each number can be up to 24 digits. • To change between lower case, upper case and numeric characters press the */a/A key. • To enter a sign, press the #/P key. • Press the 0 (zero) key enter a space when you are in the alphabetic mode. Press the 0 (zero) key to enter a zero when you are in the numeric mode. • To erase a character, press Delete; it works as a backspace. To erase an entry, press and hold Delete. • To move the cursor, use the navigation pad. Up moves one space left, down moves one space right. • If a Contact is entered without a name, it will be first in the Phonebook. • The Phonebook can store up to 100 entries.
